>>WHAT: 45-min live fitness classes and educational videos/audios. Fitness includes warm-up, workout routine, and stretch. Educational videos/audios are on diet and lifestyle that impact your bones and health. Exercise will focus on balance, posture, flexibility, and strength.
>>EQUIPMENT: A few exercise 'toys' are advised and provided.
>>HOW: Online and Group via Zoom. You'll need a smartphone, or a tablet, or a computer with a webcam. I see you and you see me!!!
